Casual job opportunities
We often need casual staff to support our physical activity and nutrition research projects and the work of our Institute more broadly.
We’re looking for people with a variety of skills. Positions could include field work/data collection, development of study resources, preparation of ethics applications, scientific literature reviews, lab work, social media activities or administrative tasks.

Deakin University is collecting your information for the primary purpose of registering your details for potential casual work opportunities supporting the Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN). The information you provide may be shared with Deakin University staff, including staff from HR and IPAN for the purpose of determining your suitability for a casual position, interviewing you and, if successful, engaging you as a casual Deakin staff member. The information will not be shared with any third parties or staff outside of IPAN without your permission. Should your skills/interests match the needs required for IPAN projects/activities you will be contacted by a relevant staff member and may need to participate in a selection process.
Registration of your details on the IPAN casual register does not guarantee work will be offered. Your information will be retained on file for 12 months from date of submission.
